Conversational Assistant
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram may receive an initial reply written by an automated conversational assistant. To produce that reply, the content of your message is sent to our provider Anthropic PBC, whose servers are located in the United States.
This assistant answers informational questions about programmes, admissions and campus life. No admission, rejection or pricing decision is taken automatically: such decisions are always made by a person.
An adviser can take over the conversation at any time, and you may ask to speak to a person at any point in the exchange, simply by saying so in the conversation.
